There wasn't even close to enough evidence to convict her of anything.

The verdict was correct.

I say that if such charges were even brought up, that in itself is insane.
Then again I missed this entire thing while I was out in China, but it just doesn't feel right.

I believe she did it. If not she had something to do with it. But unfortunately, there wasn't enough evidence. Fucked up though...

Well I do not think it is right that she is getting off so lightly.

The entire trial was a farce, and there really wasn't much in the way of evidence.

Note, I don't think she was innocent, per se - there was obviously neglect involved, but that wasn't one of the charges.

Personally i think the prosceution thought they had a slam dunk and made no effort to gather appropriate evidence. With the lack of evidence she shoulda been found innocent. So someone pull a damned dexter already.

Honestly nowadays, I dont think the american legal system is about truth and justice. It more about politics and which lawyer can bullshit a jury better.
