We've done the "worst job" question before. Mine was probably working 3rd shift anywhere. I hate 3rds.

I'm a dept. "Lead" at the big red K of Satan. They complain that I don't get things done, yet they expect me to catch carts, run registers, unload trucks and help customers all at the same time.

Long hours, shitty pay. Boss who plays starcraft all day and then bitches that you're not selling enough shit while you work for minimum wage not commission.
Drunken NYU students and other I will not discuss come in and start asking you about your sexual interests without buying anything so that later your boss bitches at you for talking too much and not taking the job seriously.
The worst thing about retail is having to be nice to assholes.
Oh and the best of all was leave leaving work at 2 and getting home ar 4 in the morning after a nice 2 hour session of sexual harassment provided by drunken fratfuckers and NYC hobos.

That job wouldn't suck as much if you were a dude. I'm sure it could get boring same as any job. But I'd rather that than work at one of the big box stores or an actual retail/dept. store.

The store I worked at didn't hire men. It would seems that clients bought more when the salesperson was female.
Oh btw another annoying part of that job was keeping underage people out. Since the first level was 18+ and lower level was 21+. First floor was clothing, and restraints with some novelty stuff mixed in. The lower level was dildos, vibrators, sex swings, blowup dolls and other stuff like that. Fucking teen brats kept trying to Akeem into the shop. That was annoying.

I meant the job at an "adult bookstore/sex shop/whatever" in general.

That doesn't sound like an annoying part, I would actually enjoy yelling at the underage people.
