So apparently they think kids 19 and under are not aware of what monster, redbull, etc, do to the system; so they want to ban kids 19 and under from purchasing them because they believe its more dangerous than 3 cups of coffee. Question how the fuck are college students and workers supposed to stay awake? They are just trying to make this country communist.

Well you are misusing the word communism but that's kinda standard when people do that. It technically would be totalitarian considering its just the government doing whatever the fuck they want... but they think its for safety. A lot of parents complain about this shit. A LOT. And enough of these rich soccer moms band together and start dumping their family estates cash into it and KAPOW shit like this happens. And the bill won't pass. Its a civil liberties thing, no politician wants to touch anything with the word BAN right now unless they've got a percentage of the country with them (I.e. Abortion or Gay Marriage).

Wtf that is bullshit, I used to live off Monster and those other drinks at some point in high school and I turned out fine...more or less. I remember having 10+ monsters a day at some point, nothing happened. The worst part of those drinks is most likely sugar, that'll fuck you up when the crash comes. Then again looking back on that, not the kind of thing I want my future kids to be doing. I suppose it is relative to each person and their situation, but I think the general idea of banning energy drinks is bullshit. And why 19? Why not 18? You can smoke at 18 but not buy yourself a redbull? Oh yeah that makes fucking sense alright. I know they kill kidneys especially in younger bodies, but wouldn't some education on the matter be slightly more reasonable?
