You might as well admit to the chains, because if they are in a van, and are a form of restraints, its close enough.

Motorcycle restraint yes...
Although I suppose you could use them to restrain speaker cabinets, band equipment, lighting rigs, JCs furniture, and Drunken unruly guests.
