This topic reminds me of a club night where group of did an experiment.
When someone new walked up we immediately began talking about masturbation.
Frequency, favorite techniques, mental/visual images... ect
we then took notes on how many just sat and listened, how many left, and how many joined in the conversation.

About 60% turned and left.
25% sat and listened
and the best 15% joined in
