Hmmm.... If i could play devil's advocate for a moment. Have you men thought of the consequences of this decision. Yes, we'd see some lovely boobies on display at all times, for the moment.
Repealing those laws would of course mean that not only will the good baby feeders be let out, but also the "bad" ones too (and I know some of you are fans of chesticles no matter what shape, size, sag rate, etc.). That is an obvious consequence.
BUT, I might add that, many women may want to display their sweater puppets A LOT. That would mean of course, no bra-wearing the majority of the time. Gravity will inevitably pull the dairy pillows ever southward at an alarmingly faster rate than normal. So as I said, the repealed law would be great, for a time. Until women are left with the tube sock syndrome by the ripe old age of 30. I support the display of dirty pillows, but I also support the support of the fun bags, because happy perky knockers are the key to happiness (show an grumpy old man a pair of sweet chest hams and watch him grin).
On another side of the arguement. Wouldn't we get tired of seeing hooters after a while (at this thought, JC's heart may have stopped, someone go get an adrenaline shot for him)? I know you all might scoff at the idea, but remember the days before the internet, remember the days before home video, remember the days before playboy, remember the days before national geographic. With more exposure comes greater tolerance. Think about that South Park episode when they say "Shit" about 200 times. The message was clear, overexposure leads to burnout.
So I say, keep the laws as they are. Keep our imaginations going. Keep us dreaming about them! Our forefathers founded this country on a dream! Keep chest hams healthy, because THAT, IS THE AMERICAN WAY!
