So a few days ago. Before the hurricane I was on the train and encountered a really strange man who was taking pictures of me on the train with his phone. At first I wasn't sure if he was actually doing that but then he also started taking photos of other girls on the train. I decided to take a picture of this creep and was hoping to find a site to post it on. As a PSA to NYC women. Sadly I couldn't find the site and now don't know what to do. Feel like a stalker with a picture of someone I don't know in my phone. 0_o
Any thoughts?
