Lol so as long as the guy actually rents/buys his space from some seedy strip mall, it's legit?

The dude was in the process of building his studio (he worked in construction also) and he disinfected the shit out of everything. Wore gloves, opened the needles in front of us (my girlfriend got one too.. did I mention he was her cousin?), used brand new ink, etc.

Dude's a bit of a clean freak actually.
